I have always been interested in teaching, but I am in the computer industry so I make significantly more money here. Is there a pay differential between regular teachers and computer ones?

I can't speak to the situation in ND, but if it's like most places in the nation, there are not differentials for technology teachers. In most districts that I am familar with, technology teachers are not in demand and certainly don't receive any bonuses.

Thats interesting to hear. you listen to the news and they always mention how they can't get enough teachers for math or science or computers, but considering the pay difference between teaching versus actually being in the industry, can be hard to makeup.
I have spoken with my wife, and possibly when our kids are out of the house, I may look into the teaching field for math and computers as I do enjoy it, but right now, need the income.

Math doesn't apply to my previous post. That is a whole 'nother ballgame.

Job Openings within Williston Public School District #1
I'm sure most schools in ND have positions open. I noticed an ad for special needs teachers in Williston, but on their site, I only see one for "at risk"...but Williston, ND site is an example of a ND school web site.

As someone else already mentioned, not so common these days to get someone to pay relocation expenses. The following link offers a possible sign-on bonus, which may help in your relocation expenses. The area is north central ND, not far from Turtle Mountains.
As also mentioned, salaries are low, but housing is relatively cheap.
ND is safe and has one of highest graduation rates of High School students in the nation. People in ND still seem to have a lot of good values yet.
Most of the postings I've seen of people moving to ND from other states have no regrets.

Good luck!!
