Thank you all for all of the great replies. We definitely need to start looking into the Bismark area more. It can get overwhelming at times so this message board is a lifesaver!

I would agree with Bismarck.....if you are interested in social work job or if you have a degree already Bismarck is an area where they need social workers due to more government agencies there.
