Any Fargo or West Fargo residents from Naperville, IL? (Elgin: sex offenders, schools)

I guess the best way to compare them is to go to www.greatschools.com Naperville is nothing like Fargo or West Fargo. I live in Minnesota near Moorhead but have lived in Naperville, Oak Park, Winnetka and Elgin, IL.

i'm not certain if u'ved got the info by now, but honestly naperville is like a big fargo adjacent to chicago! thats the only difference! infact all you have to do is take out about half the blacks in naperville, erase all the other minorities, make the temp -25 3months a year, have the cops pull-over anything that moves (except sex offenders), add abunch of people who cant drive to the roads, love hockey, think all black people are criminals and drug dealers, and bingo now you have it!!
