Does anyone have any information on the Mexican Restaurant in Fargo that is expanding to Williston? When I was traveling through Williston 2 weeks ago, a restaurant was listed as sold, and people said it was going to be renovated into a Mexican restaurant...and it was the same owners and named existing restaurant in Fargo?? Just curious. They could really use more place up there in Williston.

Isabella has good pizza. That's all I'vegotten from said places.

Personally I'm not a huge fan of Juano's, Mexican Village, or Paradiso. I think its because I spent so much time in SW Florida where "authentic" Mexican means a little hole in the wall place where there are like four things on the menu and you must struggle to order in what spanish you man know. Now THAT is good mexican! There is a new mexican place in Minot called Mi Mexico that also claims to be authentic. Although the staff is of the nationality and the food is great..I still wouldnt consider it authentic. Never got a chance to try Acapaulco... as it was closed the one day we tried to go!

The owners of Acapulco close up for a week or two end of December and early January to go see their family in Mexico, How more authentic can it get than that in Fargo. Juano's burritos at their fast food places are good but that is the same as saying Qdobas is mexican food.
As for Italian Isabellas is good, but if you want good Italian for a reasonable price you should go to Altony's in Dilworth. If you order the Spaghetti and Meatballs, you will have enough leftovers for at least another meal. The downsides are the restaurant is small and not open on Saturday or Sunday.
