Default housing problem in Walhalla
saw an ad in the local paper offering a free month at Young Town Terrace Apts in Walhalla. Manager rented me the apartment, and AFTER I moved in and paid a full month plus deposit, no free month

Well, one month plus rent is pretty much industry standard. I'd imagine the deal was one free month if you actually sign a lease, right?
