Default Unique or Memorable Small Town Watering Holes

Hello,

In my endless pursuit of relocating to one of the Dakotas I thought I'd inquire about where the lively bars/pubs might be in the smaller towns.
It is a big part of community and revenue, especially during hunting seasons so if any know of some great little places to have a friendly beer or two i'd appreciate the tip.

Thanks,

Pie

Check out the Maddock Bar in Maddock, ND. Other notable ones are the Esmond bar and Hanson's in New Rockford is nice, too.

I'd bet that if you had some specific towns in mind, there would be some answers. As it stands, nobody knows what part of the state. There's an awful lot of small towns in ND.

Thanks Elk,

I have no specifics...I may move anywhere!...but, i guess I would be interested in the central-eastern part of the state if I had to nail it down.
