Default GF's city fix

Do people travel more towards Minneapolis or towards Winnipeg to get their city fix in the Grand Forks area?

I would say Minneapolis/St Paul.... many people have relatives/friends who are from nw MN and ND who live down there... plus a lot of other reasons such as Mall of America....vikings/twins/wild/timberwolves sports....etc
and less hassel as no border to cross or money to exchange.

Winnipeg is a place to go when you want an international flavor.
