I will arrive at Grand Forks on Aug 13st .I wanna live off-camps of UND. Any apartment for rent . I am 23yr boy.

They have built a large number of apartments in the past few years in Grand Forks, so your selection will be more than 5 years ago. If you can drive to campus....there is a large area of different apartment complexes (some new and some a bit older) in areas south of 17th Ave S and west of Columbia Rd...in particular along 34th St South. Also I suggest doing a search on the web for several property management companies that manage several apartment complexes. The are imm, dakota properties management, alerus financial properties, and goldmark. These are just a few. But checking some on the web can give you some idea of what to expect when you get here. Figure out what you can spend before you come, it will help you out.

If you need walking distance, there are some apartments close to campus west and north of university Ave too. But be aware, walking to campus in the winter can sometimes be kind of nasty.

May I ask why North Dakota? What subject are you studying?

For future reference, 23 is not longer a boy, at least not in America.
