Would like to buy a large old home that's been vacant a while, will fix plumbing, roof ,etc, must be in a rural area in
Pembina or Cavalier County, not more than an hours drive from Langdon. please call 701-256-2409

There is a fantastic home in Milton, large and on the outskirt of town. It was dream fixerupper but I don't think that will ever happen - I would be so happy if someone else did! If Milton would be good for you (30 minutes from Langdon) let me know and I'll get the contact info for you
