I thought it would be nice if we could all reminisce about an Easter many years ago.

Saw the movie Chappaquiddick today at the County Theater in Doylestown. Pa.

Excellent movie.

Speaking of Trailers, dang, I think Nepa and the surrounding area is getting a bad rap here;
featured are Harvey's Lake, Pittston, etc.

Hi Cremebrulee,
I was thinking of you this weekend, after we saw the movie in Doylestown , we rode up Rt. 32 North past The Black Bass Inn, I think you said you have a relative ( sister?) that has a house near there?

Anyway, Spring is a bit late this year, but everything is in bloom, daffodils are as bright as fresh churned butter, grass is green, Forsythia looks lovely, and the Dogwood buds are just started to burst...
Staged against the deep dark blue sky, everything looks so much like a Renoir painting.

April, according to T.S Eliot, is 'the cruelest month'

I agree, but it is still my favorite month for Bucks County, ..tied with October.

P.S. the Shad Festival was in Lambertville this weekend.

Do you feel that the movie accurately depicted what happened?

Eliot grew up in Boston. I imagine April is pretty cruel up there.

I've never made it to the Shad Festival. I wanted to go when Mason's bone collection was still on public display. Now, it's just another festival.

I listened to the audio book, it was done coming from her mind, she was talking in the audio, until the last minute.

He had time to save her, it was extremely sad....

I caught a shad once...it was awesome, the fish jumped out of the water, really awesome. What a fight....lol

My son, caught one and said, "True, I get up at 3 in the morning, to catch a silver carp!" LOL, he didn't care for fishing so much....lol

yes, my sister, lives right up from the Restaurant, and my girlfriend's business, did the lighting for the Inn, when they remodeled it.

Love New Hope...Lumbertville, etc. Did you ever stop at Poor Richards?

Sadly, yes...Ted Kennedy was a self centered spoiled little brat.
Best part of the movie was when papa Joe bîtch slapped him in the face.
