I must be crazy because it doesn't seem that cold here to me. I think I'm keeping it in perspective though, because we were considering moving to Minnesota and I just noticed it's waaaay below zero out there.

My Mother in Law Passed today . She gave Cancer HELL for 4 yrs ,, The last 3 weeks have been real rough ,... Its over now ... God Bless ...

Actually I don't think it is cold – at least not compared to 1988 (if I recall correctly). I was working night shift on a freight dock and we had five nights of -20 and lower temperatures. One night got down to -26 at the freight terminal in Pocono Summit. I always loved the forecasters that told us to bring in the dogs while I had to go to work!

But; I now enjoy the warmer temperatures. Spring can start any time in my book. I did see that the weather center is calling for a warm March and April (I'll hold them to that promise).

Thanks Fisheye and everyone else .. , She gave it hell.. She is in a better place then us right now ..


Im already getting my soil collected so I can mix it and start some stuff from seeds I have the plastic for the greenhouse I need to install it though .. I bought a CFL kit to start some plants indoors .. I'll then move em to the greenhouse and then plant em... Im sticking with just flowers from now on.. I may plant some peppers though .. Not sure ( my buddy does great with em ) I have plans for a small plot of sunflowers too .. The birds love em.. Anyway .. lets see what the weather brings ..


I dont mind the cold as I no longer have to work in it .. I have heat ...
