[quote=Jo Bloe;15556307]FE,

As you mention, depends on experience and qualifications which are different for everyone.
I tend to think if you want to work in my company, asking you to come and interview to discuss pay rates isn't asking too much.[/quote

Yes and no.
When you state that the pay rate depends upon experience you should
should at least mention your bottom rate.
That way a perspective employee won't waste his time and gas to find
out he/she will be working for peanuts regardless of their experence.

I agree with GM1258...knowing in advance what the bottom rate is gives a job seeker something to go by...I wouldn't want to drive all the way Saylorsburg to WB or even further north just to find out the job is paying $5/hr....not worth the drive time, gas burned, and the letdown...

If anybody is interested; I pulled into the new Tractor Supply Company store in Pocono Summit. They have a big sign up that they are now hiring. I don’t know what the job pays? I did ask when they expected to open (they sell some items I’m interested in buying). I was told that the store would open about the end of September.
