You're not going to grow food in that garden, right?

There is a landscaper located across the street from Burger King at the Gouldboro exit of I380 that has them.

Yes, the landscaper as mentioned above.
He is in Gouldsboro off Exit 13 on 380 on Rt.435 at Rt.507 (across from the BK on 435)...ph#(570)466-4845.
I don't think I'm allowed to list his name on here but I know he has them.
He gets tons of them for next to nothing from the Philadelphia ship yards.
He has a coupla guys go down there every other day with a cherry picker truck to haul them back.
The ship yards are happy to get rid of them and practically give them away.
If you want you can go down to Philly yourself if you have a truck.
Best o luck.

my cellar has enough stuff to furnish a cabin or beach house when I'm ready to buy.
My wife gets 'p-o-ed' cuz I usaully find this stuff when we are dressed up going to dinner or a wedding etc.

last week i picked an Adirondack Toboggan from the curb. real nice shape too.

I have a general idea but I can't say here cause I think there
are g-men watching this forum and I'll get a TOS violation.
I just happen to know a guy who works for him and he gets
them for practically nothing (I think he even gets the bad
ones for free).
The Philly shipyards are happy to get rid of them.
He then flips em up here for a nice profit.

I bought about 6 of these railroad ties from the guy in Gouldsboro, along with some gravel. I don't remember the exact cost of the ties, but they were railroad ties(gnarly looking and treated with oil) These are not expensive but not very attractive either, also much heavier than a 6X6 landscape tie.

You may want to think twice about using railroad ties. They are treated with several carcinogens and can be dangerous to children. I wouldn't grow anything edible anywhere near them.
