they seem to have the lowest price - I now use Dominion and PPL can I just switch to Stream and do I call PPL - anyone know

You can switch as long as Dominion does not have any early cancellation fee to hit you with. I recently switched to another 3rd party providor. It was pretty simple...though the billing cycle can get hung up by a month during the switch...thus causing a small bill one month and a double sized bill the next. I recently switched from Champion to another provider.
