I know its not really a local place, but I had Wegman's sweet and spicy chicken pizza today, and its one of the best slices of pizza I've ever had...it has chunks of chicken from their "sweet and spicy" wings and blue cheese on it....delicious!

Salerno's - Old Forge
Newtown Cafe - Ashley
Angelos - Wilkes-Barre
Ricci's - Wilkes-Barre
Colarusso's - Fresh Tomato - Hanover Twp.
James' - Shamokin
Tower of Pizza - Marion Heights
Matucci's - Mount Carmel - my personal favorite, none like it anywhere
Not in this order necessarily, but enjoyable to say the least.....
