Either your part of the problem or part of the solution . If you DONT see a Problem in PCP ( Other then the board ) Then you must be blind ... I lived in PCP for 10 yrs ( up to 2006 ) It was a hell hole when I left ( I also had rentals in there , I was lucky that I sold my propertys and made a PROFIT ... Try doing that now ,,,
The only people who move into PCP are the ones who dont know .. Mostly people from the city .. Then they tell their friends , cousins , baby's daddy and his family , Now you 1/2 Da Bronx, Part of Brooklyn , Some of Queens and a few from other places .. It may be paradise to those who came from the ghetto .. or Da Hood ... But to others (and I would say 80%) the place is the dumps ...
