Default Marcel Lakes

I am considering bidding on a new construction house in Marcel Lakes, Dingmans Ferry. I have 4 girls (11, 6, twins 1 1/2). Any info. (good or bad) would be appreciated.

My Realtor steered me away from Marcel lakes when we were looking in Pike County:

1) Small lots in close proximity to other homes
2) Major problem with sewage capacity, prices will skyrocket for utilities. The development is at capacity for sewage.

We just bought and fixed up a foreclosure here in Marcel Lake Estates and so far I absolutely love it. Doesn't seem to have the problems with crime etc that some of the communities down south do. Only been here a month but have spoken to the neighbors who have been here 12 years and they say the same, very peaceful so far! As far as the sewer problem goes it doesn't seem like anyone knows the answer for sure. From what the neighbors say the discussion has been going on for years. I guess we'll just wait and see.

I will be in my new foreclosure on the 1st of Feb. I hope the place works out well! I'm excited to be a PA resident again. I've been living in the land of no trees for almost 10 years (Nebraska)!
