Hello,
I am looking at some houses in blue mountain lake estates, a developement N of Stroudsbug.
Does anyone know about it, is it a nice place to live, is there crime, any problems, and is it worth it to buy here?

I haven't been up there in awhile but it is a nice community. But, some homes were kept up better then some others. Not sure of their rules. They did have a front gate but we would go in a different way. A few homes in the front section roads were just gorgeous. I was in a model and it was scrumptous.
