Default Lake Wallenpaupack

Lake Wallenpaupack is the place to raise a family. There are different communities many of which are there for the summer use only. The Big Lake offers not just summer time activity but winter time as well. There are very little commuters which means you have more a community feelings. Everyone is friendly and the school district is the top in the state. Our family enjoys boating in the summer and they have plenty of activities in the outlying towns. Defniitely worth taking a look at!

bldginpa will become famous soon enough
We're building in Greentown and couldn't be happier with the area. Seems so far removed from all the complaints about Stroudsburg.

Hi Math,

We found some property in Tanglwood North that we love! How do you like it there. We just decided to put our house back on the MLS so hopefully we will build there by next summer. We love the area so much!

We had the builders buy it for us and now just waiting to sell our house. We fell in love it with and really like the area. My daughter is just 2 but we want her in the Wallenpaupack SD when the time comes. How are the people there? We met a couple that dock with us at the Boat Shop and they seem nice. Thanks, would appreicate any feedback. How is the Association, etc?

to be honest the association really just does their work behind the scenes. not to much in the way of social events. we just bought in july and go up every weekend and are just starting to meet our immeadiate neighbors who are very nice. keep in touch as the work progresses and let us know next time you come up and we can try to at least say hello. what street are you on? we are on copper mountain drive

We almost bought the Colonial on Cooper Mountain Drive....I think it still for sale. The house had many rooms that could be finished. The lot we are proposing to buy is on Timberline Drive not far....will keep you posted! We just listed today on the MLS and hope to get rid of our lot 1.1 next to the house. Will keep in touch!

Default tanglewood north

We live at the other end of 507 and are looking to move to tang.north as well! Hoping to find land at the end of a culdesac if possible. Our friends just sold their house in there because of job relocation but they really liked it. We are a young family too so it will be nice to see some family growth rather than retirement in the area!
