I'll be up at Beach Lake the last week in August in case you make it then. I'd like to come..except I'm not a true NEPA-er, but I've spent more than 30 summers or parts of summers in Wayne and Monroe Counties. Does that count?

I think the first thing would be to nail down a date. Are we looking at weekends only? i am also thinking that instead of having individuals bring food for te whole group, it may be easy to have everyone be responsible for their own food and drink. I have been to so many group functions where someone fails to show for one reason or other and ..boom..no charcoal or no burger buns. This would also make certain one or two people don't get stuck with a larger financial contribution that is unfair. Everyone could be responsible for their own food etc and if people wanted to make extra for more then their own could as well. What do you think?

So I can't wear my prom dress?

(That's a joke: never had one. )

Maybe the bring-your-own food and a little to pass might be the best idea.

I have not tossed in my two cents because we don’t have dates, cost or locations. Perhaps somebody should start a list of potential locations and dates and then we could have a poll?

Also; the food and drinks? Is everybody bringing something and who would bring what - or would we hire catering and how much would be the cost?

As the details get hammered out; you would have a better idea of how many would attend.
