Can't see what the complaint was about but here is the BBB's website:

Consumer Complaints for Perma Glaze, LLC - BBB serving Metro Washington, DC and Eastern Pennsylvania

The Entire Universe of Bathtub Refinishing Right Here - in Less Than 500 Words

Do a quick Google search on complaints for bath refinishing and you'll see for yourself...

Unless you're in a hurry my suggestion is to get some quotes on installation of a new tub. The only real advantage these companies have is they are in and out quickly, it might even cost the same for new istallation but you do have to put up with it a for a few days........

I ended up doing the bathroom reno on our own through a mutual friend...the entire place was gutted top to bottom and a stand up shower installed that we bought from Lowes...one recommendation if you should decide to go with a stand up shower: don't use the beveled ones...go with a straight square one...less little leaks to plug up (not a major nuisance though) and quicker to install...overall the reno went well...just a little longer than expected due to work schedule and unexpected roadblocks that are sure to turn up in any reno...good luck!!
