Little update, I did the shock chlorination according to Riverside directions and water is great, no smell crystal clear, I ran some tests (got them from amazon.com) so can't trust them 100% but after testing all is good. Again the well was tested before and everything was good just annoying smell. Thanks Riverside.

Im glad it worked out for you ... Remember if you do it quarterly you'll be fine ... Thats what we do .. Just remember to wash the bleach away with clear water as to not ruin the plumbing in the wellhead .. Glad I can help .. Pass the info on to the next guy/gal...

Obligatory YMMV comment, the sulfur levels may vary and wells vary in depth so expect some variation in time between shock treatments.

If the frequency or the variability of shock treatments gets to you after a while you could continuously chlorinate your water too at controlled low levels, like a public water supply does. The equipment to do that is relatively inexpensive but varies in size and configuration according to what your house has.
