The video quality isn't the best, but from my experience from formerly working in the parking lot at Lowe's I'd say that it's possible the truck is either a Dodge Dakota or a Ford F-150. It looks larger than a Ford Ranger and doesn't appear like a Toyota Tacoma or Tundra. It definitely looks like a domestic pick-up. It also looks like it may be from the early-to-mid-2000s in model years. Adding in the potential to at least pick up a partial license plate, and going by the following information we should hopefully be able to find the vehicle.

-Dodge Dakota or Ford F-150
-Dark Color
-Early-to-mid-2000s Model Year
-Partial License Plate #_______

The problem is that there are a LOT of pick-up trucks in NEPA, and with Wilkes-Barre now serving as a nightlife hub it's entirely possible that the driver was from Monroe County, Wyoming County, Columbia County, or somewhere else where local media viewers may not care much about a news story happening in Wilkes-Barre and who may then, in turn, not exert too much effort to be on the lookout for such a vehicle. With how much people in Scranton don't give a rat's derriere about Wilkes-Barre I can only imagine the apathy towards the Diamond City is even worse in the surrounding rural counties that rely on Wilkes-Barre (yet refuse to admit it).
Well; you were pretty close! I just hope this isn't a false alarm and that the police have their perpetrator.

It still bothers me that the police could not have given the public a better description of the vehicle. They had the surveillance videos; you would think that they would have had a good idea of the make and model of the truck? Maybe there is a reason that they do not give us more information? I just think that the public can offer plenty of help - when we are regarded as part of the 'team'.
