I need to have a ppl tech look at the power line from pole to house...electrician says it needs to be replaced. Ppl ONLY has a frustratingly endless voice loop. No humans ever answer. Is there a secret number to call???

Their customer service number is 1-800-342-5775. They are available from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.

I have friends who work there, and they say that they frequently have a high call volume. You may need to hold for a while in order to get in touch with a customer service agent.

According to their website you can also send an email. Contact Us

Good luck!

Not sure if it works for them but generally speaking the fastest way I have found to get in touch with a real person is don't hit any buttons.

Sometimes I just hit 0 a few times. That seems to bring on an operator.
