Default Dingmans In Demand

I was driving down 739 and noticed a lot of land sold....all of sudden. Then I drove down Log Tavern Road and noticed all these permits with the driveway started for new houses. Our plumber said that there were going to be houses built someone in Dingmans. I know they say the market is bad but Dingmans is more popular than ever and really starting to pick up. Interesting!

I humbly request the following from developers in Dingmans Ferry:

1) A decent grocery store.
2) Any establishment that stays open after 9:00 p.m.
3) Any establishment that keeps reliable operating hours.
4) Sushi or Thai restaurant would be greatly appreciated.

That is so funny Suzer. When we first moved to E. Stroudsburg 13 years ago, we would laugh that nothing stayed open.
My oldest daughter would come home and be in shock, the Jersey girl with huge nightlife plans. LOL
Once Walmart moved into town, other stores were finally staying open later.
Then came Home Depot, Target and that area........so more night time stores. Finally it caught on.........and the town sleeps no more.
I've since moved further south, out of a gated community.
We don't have many stores here yet, but two good grocery stores 2 min. away, a good library, and easy access to the shopping hubs.

scusi, but wouldn't it make more sense to move to a community that already has the necessary amenities than to move to a quiet, remote place only watch as that rural atmosphere becomes compromised/ altered for good with development?
