"Double-block" is a local term for sure. Most people I know call them "double-blocks."

Duplex. Or two family. Never heard of those other two.

But I'm not "from" this area, so...

We called them "twins" where I was raised in Philly.

Same great state...but seems a world away :-)

This is too funny. I never heard the term Duplex before. I am starting to think the term twin is local to The Lehigh Valley and Southeast PA. The term Double block is specific to NE PA. Duplex, everywhere else??

It is strange how people can all call the same thing a different name.

I wish I could edit the poll to add duplex, but I can't.
