While of course it's possible, I just don't see it happening. I'd love to be proven wrong, however.

The thing is that I live in Carbondale now and while I know that downtown there really isn't much to do the kids always find something to entertain themselves. Also it isn't in the least closed minded maybe the elderly people are but I have a feeling that when you wrote this you did not think of the kids, teenagers, and younger adults because in all honesty they are not closed minded at all. Also now they are trying to update houses and are trying to make it seem better there really is no reason to criticize Carbondale because there are places with more to do around it that is just unfair.
