A simple request.....
Everyone:
It is coming up to my "Christmas time helping-out-in-the-shop sentence" at the florist shop I own with my sibs. In the spirit of the season, may I ask for a few things? Please be nice to the person who answers the phones at the florists' when making a holiday order, and find the correct address and telephone number because we really do not know it and cannot deliver without them and won't unless we can confirm someone is there to accept delivery, and please don't wait until Christmas Eve to decide that Gramma would like the latest Thomas Kinkade arrangement and then swear a blue streak when it isn't available, and no, it can't be delivered that afternoon before 2pm when ordered at noon, but will go out the very next day, and the red pointsettias are gorgeous this year.
