use indeed.com.
Personally I would send a cover letter and resume to all the vets
in that area.

The town/city is centrally located between Harrisburg/Lancaster/Allentown and Philadelphia. It is probably more of a question for the Lehigh Valley area or Philadelphia or Harrisburg forum? But Pupmom has a great idea or you could simply call a business like this one and ask: Veterinarians in Sinking Spring, PA | VCA Sinking Spring Animal Hospital.

If it's just for the summer, I'm not sure you'd find a temp job as a vet tech. I'm kind of relating this to having been a med tech so maybe I'm off on saying this but even trained with experience, it takes a couple of months to teach someone how it's done at a specific place. Maybe less for a vet's office but for only 3 months or so? Unless you'd go back there every summer to cover vacations...?
