Are kettle people volunteers? I hope so, because I have come across some that for lack of a better word are rude. I like what Salvation Army does for the community, but they need to brush up in the H.R. or voluteer departments.
Sadly, they do not have the same people minding the buckets that they did "back in the day"
I came across an awesome guy collecting outside the Viewmont Mall Food Court Entrance, he was singing and laughing and gretting people as they came and went. He didn't look like the type that was just putting in their 2 hours community service either.
