Hello i have been devorsed for 2 years now and on the papers. It says i get the house but i have one year to get his name off the loan. Now my ex gave me an extra year to remove his name due to a family issue and now the time is up. I can't get a loan to take his name off. He lives in another state and i livein the house. I have been paying on the house ever since he left. What can i do?
