Did anyone mention Joe's Crab Shack? I hear the food is really good. Does anyone on here know how Quaker Steak & Lube is?

Quaker Steak is pretty much known for their wings - they have about 20 different types, including their Atomic wings, which you have to sign a waiver before the staff will serve them to you! (I particularly like the Parmesean Pepper and the Premium Garlic!)

The menu also has salads, steaks, ribs and sandwiches. We've tried most everything on the menu and really haven't been disappointed with anything we've had (some dishes are better than others though, IMHO!)

What's also fun is that QS&L runs a lot of promotions, like Bike Nights, Classic Car nights, and drink and dinner specials for whatever sports are in season. On Sundays a buffet is served, with is pretty much a small selection of wings, hot dogs, barbeque, and the like.

The restaurant itself is a lot of fun to see - cars actually hung on the walls (At Bloomsburg's place, a stock car is hung over the bar area!), big screen TVs all over and big booths to accomodate big parties. Very casual!

You can check out their website at Quaker Steak & Lube and see everything they have to offer.

A Quaker Steak & Lube in Scranton/Dickson City ought to give the Windsor Inn a run for its money.
