Smile Poconos overview

Hi all...

I'm new to this site, but I was really enjoying reading everyone's questions and comments.

We built a home in the Poconos in 2006 and recently rented it out. The tenants love the house...and so far, the situation has been great. I was happy with the solution (because I love the area and I would like to move there in a few years) and decided to go to the bank to lower my mortgage rate, so I wouldn't be losing each month. I was told since it's an investment property (now)...we probably can't get a better rate. Does anyone have any advice? I want to keep this property... even during this rough cycle. Are there any local banks who would be open to working with us even if we have tenants? Should I just not mention the tenants?

Also, does anyone know anything about "wall street west"?
Can anyone tell me about jobs in the area, television, public relations, marketing, web producing, any of those type positions?

Thanks everyone. Have a good evening.

Linda
