Nevermind the next mayor...it will take the next 4 mayors to clean up after Doherty's crony spending spree. I really feel bad for the next mayor, because many of the sheep will blame the next mayor when it comes time to pay the piper for Doherty's mismanagement. And the Times-Tribune, aka the Doherty Newsletter, will slam the next mayor and pin the blame on him/her (just like they blamed Jimmy Connors for all the world's problems, yet they spin everything to make Doherty look good.....they make scapegoats of others to blame them for the city's problems...they're now roasting McDowell and Gilbride).
