Default How are homes selling?

My mom needed to downsize to a smaller house after my dad passed away last March. She owed two houses in Throop. Right near the Marjol place. Well she placed it on the market...it sold in one day. This happened this week! Is the rest of the market doing well? Oh, she is moving into the smaller of the two houses in Throop.

Wow...good for her. That is great news. Almost gives you hope that the real estate market will start turning around.

Got a note from my realtor recently that the market in NE PA is "leveling off". I'd take that as the start of good news.

My Realtor has also told me this week that they are seeing a definite pick-up in people looking to buy homes.

Got 2 showings Sunday, LOL. The market is picking up because of the cut with interest rates people are more likely to investigate buying a house or re-financing. The best time to sell a house, I still believe, is when you are not in a rush.

Hey Pocono, good analogy, but it is true.
