There was (or still is) a large "Jamaat ul-Fuqra" training camp near Hancock, NY known as "Islamberg" and run by a Sufi Islamic cleric that has supposedly been shut down or reduced in size. Rumor now has it that another one is being prepared somewhere in Wayne County. Anyone know anything about this?

The compound, on Mt. Eaton Road in Saylorsburg, used to belong to my in-laws before they died. I say 'in-laws'; but my wife was a foster child of theirs. Their adopted son inherited the estate and then sold it to the Muslims that currently own the property. We have been on that property many times before the current owners. It was a very quaint family resort with cottages nestled in the trees. The current owners have spent a fortune 'renovating' the property.
