Default Poconos Ranchland Development in Bushkill?
I'm looking at an acre of property in the Ranchland development in Bushkill, can anyone give me any info, good or bad? It's a fairly level, heavily wooded, acre in section four. We're looking to put a Chalet type modular home on it, mostly for vacation use. This particular lot seems cheaper than some of the others I've seen so I'm a little skeptical. Thanks!

Well U will have additional taxes, dont know if u know this....Its a 1 % of your gross income, ( Berkheimer Tax)...I used to live in dingmans Ferry, there were NO addt'l taxes there.( Delaware Twp).
When we left in 2002 our taxes were $4,000.00 a yr.......
We left there, went WAy upstare NY, sold there, came to NC.Grt down here....
