Default "Coming Soon" Davis Street

Does anybody know what they are building on Davis st in Minooka between Pittston Ave and I81?
There is a flag near a construction site the says "Coming Soon"

Also, what happened to talkback 16 online? They started a new format and now it is gone

I'm not familiar with what is being built along Davis Street, but I've also been wondering what happened to Talkback 16 Online.

The 'Coming soon' style letters do resemble the 'Dunkin Donuts' style letters, that is what I thought at first. But I wonder if they are going to keep the one open down the street on Birney Ave?

Let me get this straight. Five Dunkin' Donuts stores in the Wilkes-Barre/Pittston area closed last month and now one new one is being built in Scranton? (Grumble, grumble) At least I still have my coveted Chocolate Angels at the Pittston Township Donut Connection!
