Lightbulb Milford Hills Down in Price

Word is out that the new development on Route 6 Milford Hills is listing their model homes for $100,000 less than originally priced.

Word is also that there are "problems" in that development...

Wow, Ms. Milford,
To drive by it it looks like a real nice place and so "looks" are deceiving holds true.

I was just reading the thread on Dwarfskill, Gateway Village and the sewage issue. What a nightmare.

Hmm. I believe that Dino Bradlee was involved in Milford Hills.

I heard the Developer out of Milford Hills is from New Jersey. I also hear that the dues are $150.00 a month.........and would probably go up when you move it.

Default Milford question

I know this isn't exactly on this topic, but it pertains to Milford and figured one of you might know. About 2 weeks ago we drove through Milford on the way home from Hamlin and the Dimmick Inn had a neon orange sticker on the door, and it looked pretty deserted. It looked like an official sign, my husband thinks it said something about not serving alcohol? Wondering if anyone knows if there were problems here? I've always wanted to stop there to eat, especially on a warm day when you can sit outside, but we always seem to be in a hurry to get somewhere. Just curious more than anything else about the place.

Thanks,

I'm pretty sure the Dimmick Inn is currently on the market for sale. They want upwards of a million if I am remembering correctly.

Dimmick Inn just changed hands to the Jorgensons on February 18th. The previous owners had it for 20 years.

Bag,
We used to spend quite a bit of time at the Dimmick when we were having our house built. They had a tomato soup to die for the best I ever tasted. It was always a fun place. I know it is under new ownership and hopefully it will continue the tradition in Milford.

The Hat
