i have scheduled my move in one week but will need moving helpers(unloaders)

moving to loverly clarks summit----on top of one of the larger hills--probably won't be able to drive around the town til april considering the amt. of ice and snow there(anyone have a dog sled,snowmobile,etc---would like to get reacquainted with the area before summer(lol)

What do you mean by "appeal your taxes once you buy the house"? and what is the timeframe to do that. We closed on this house March 30th of last year.

Be careful about appealing your taxes. Had a neighbor do that and he got charged an extra $2,000 from the Assessors Office. FF if you call the tax assessor in Milford you can get that information. Located in the Administration building on the lower level.
