Map of Bushkill Pa. 18324 (Philadelphia, Levittown: house, to buy, gated)

Where can I purchase a map of Bushkill Pa. 18324? We are planning to purchase a home there in the Pine Ridge section.
The only map I have was to piece together some maps from the internet and they are not too clear and
have missing street names. Also, it appears that Pine Ridge can only be entered or exited from the same location at Milford Rd. and Pine Ridge.
To travel down Pine Ridge to Milford Rd. can be hazardous in icy conditions where the road becomes steep.

Hagstrom has a "make your own map" feature on their website. But if there are streets "missing" from online maps, I don't know why they would be on a printed map.

A lot of "streets" with names in Monroe County are just people's driveways.

Go to: https://www.google.com/earth/. Get their 'free' edition; it works great. It's so much better than old hard copy street maps. You can 'see' distances and altitudes of any area of the country or world.

Thanks but their not what i am looking for. I just want to get familiar with the area such as how to get from point A to point B.

I believe you may be right. I live in Levittown, Pa. and I have two road atlas that lists all the streets plus the streets of nearby towns of Bensalem, Pa. and Philadelphia, Pa.
I think I may have to go to the local municipal authority to get a map of the area.

You cannot beat Google Earth. It shows you everything you want to know and more. Perhaps you did not check the appropriate boxes for roads? But we can actually see my wife's sheets on our clothes line and the cars in our driveway. What I love about the program is that there is no hiding behind iron gates - you can 'see' how the other half lives. The imagery date is on the bottom right side of the satellite map - for Bushkill the pictures were taken on 8/27/2016. It shows your exact latitude and longitude as well as your elevation.

You simply will not find hard copy maps with the amount of current information that you can get for free.

I wonder if what you're seeing as unnamed streets are either logging trails, fire lanes, or, as fisheye mentioned, driveways.

Quite a few yrs ago I purchased maps of Tioga and Bradford counties that have every road in the county on them. They weren't cheap and not small (I joked they were life-size) but complete and accurate. Accurate at the time anyway. That was before the gas boom.

Go to the court house and ask. Not sure they still make them since Google maps.

I still look at them occasionally. Must be a gray hair thing.

As my wife and I drove around we would see chained off or gated roads. Of course you don't want to put your nose where others do not want you to look. But 'Earth' makes that possible.

I love the Google yardstick. All of the hidden mansions I can actually measure. Of course, from an aerial, I cannot 'see' how many floors they have. I can measure the swimming pools or their lot size (if the borders are clearly defined). I have even seen hidden private runways.

You can 'visit' countries that would be dangerous to visit - like North Korea. You can zoom in on their cities like Ponghak-dong and go just to the south of the city, in the middle of the river, and see a very modern building in the shape of an atom. You can measure the building and complex and 'see' the size and wonder what the heck they would ever do with such a complex.

There are so many interesting things in the world and this is simply one great tool to explore.

That's why I used to buy county maps. They had everything--even things that weren't really roads.
