How do locals in the more diffuse developments in Monroe County area refer locally to the more dense older communities of East Stroudsburg and Stroudsburg?

As in, do they say they are "going to town" meaning either/both, are each identified separately, or what?

When we're discussing which Mr. Z's to shop at, we refer to "The East Stroudsburg Mr. Z's" and "The Stroudsburg Mr. Z's". (Yes, all Mr. Z's were rebranded as Weis about 10 years ago) So, I guess the answer, at least for us, as that we just say the full name of the borough. Although I will say "Eastburg" sometimes.
