I personally think Hyundais are junk, but even if they were the best cars in the world, I would never darken the doorstep of the Rosado clowns ever again. They're shady and their service department is incompetent.

I think if I ever make a Dan action figure its key phrase that it will repeat with a pull-cord will be "Go away!"

Not all cases can make it to court because a good con artist knows how not to get caught. How many of you read what you're signing if it's several pages and you trust the salesman/company? What if you think you're signing out a 'loaner' vehicle while your recently-purchased used-vehicle is being repaired? What if you discover 3 wks later when you call wondering how your repair is coming that the papers you signed traded that vehicle in for what you thought was a 'loaner' and you're now the proud owner of a vehicle that you can't afford but everything is legal because you signed the papers, even though you are an elderly man on a fixed income. What if every month you have to take $650 out of your retirement savings to pay for the loan you didn't know you were signing(yeah, it was stuck in there amongst all those other papers) and your Insurance just increased because now you're paying on a newer vehicle. What if you contacted the Bank who told you, sorry but you signed the paper stating you made $5000/month, which of course you don't. You've contacted 2 attorneys and the attorney general and everyone agrees you got conned but there's not enough proof to file charges, although your complaint is noted. You figure your savings will be gone in a few yrs and then you'll have to sell your house to continue the payments. Even if you can sell the vehicle, what you get won't cover the loan, so you'll still have to pay that AND be without a vehicle. Of course, this is all hypothetical, this could never happen in real life, right?
