Thank you!!! Best of luck to you in your relocation here too. When are you hoping to make the move?

This summer before school starts. We are coming up to do some house hunting the first week of April. So I have my list of places to check out with our realtor and some great places to visit and eat when we are in town from folks from this website. Looking forward to the visit. Keep your fingers crossed we can find something on the first go around

How about since spring is here, where locally can I go to get my flowers to plant in a house I don't have yet ? Can you tell I have been gardening here in Georgia. Also how about cable vs. satellite TV. How about cable or high-speed internet for the area?

I MADE IT. I am here for a house hunt. I will let you all know how it is going.

I'm happy to hear that you're here! Please don't judge our area too harshly, as this is probably one of the yuckiest times to visit---the grass is still brown and the trees are still barren from winter while overcast skies cast a dreary backdrop. One month from now I'll be bringing you and the others some more refreshing photo tours replete with greenery! Let us all know later on this evening if we can be of any further assistance.

My next-door neighbors' home just went on the market yesterday. It is listed by Barbara Metcalf of Lewith & Freeman. I'm unsure of the price, but it's a traditional two-story home built in 1998 with a brick facade and white vinyl siding on the sides and rear. If I were listing it I'd probably list it in the low-$200k range (perhaps $229,900), so we'll see how close my estimate truly is. The only downside to the home is that in two weeks construction on a new shopping mall called "Pittston Crossings" is supposed to get underway adjacent to our subdivision, so there might be a lot of noise until it is completed.

Thanks for the tip. I will check out the listings to see if I can find it SWB. For our adventure today I left a message on "Summering Thread". If you get a chance read that and let me know what you think.

Color me confused. Is this SWB? Under a different name? Or are you and SWB two different people? lol.
