I could most certainly scope it out for you if you'd like. I did a search on the tax assessment database, and there was no record for a 1675 Sanderson Avenue in Scranton, so I'm hoping whatever once stood there hasn't been torn down.

Its not for sale. He just wanted a pic of the home. I took it about 45 minutes ago on the way back from dropping my son off at school.

It's just fabulous, heyna or no? This actually might be "overdoing" it, even for me. I've scaled back my housing expectations considerably in the future. I figure since I'm (somewhat) handy, it might be a better deal to buy a home with less character or in less impeccable condition and just lovingly restore it on my own into a showplace like this over the years.

Victorian? Yes. Turrets, wraparound porches, gingerbread ornamentation, gables, etc. are all very indicative of the Victorian-era.

That home is absoultely stunning and is a tribute to the exquisite taste of your great-great-grandparents. You don't see homes like these in the suburbs, and how people can be willing to pass up on such quality old-world craftmanship for the vinyl-clad, front-facing attached garage-dominated pieces of garbage they call "tract houses" is beyond my realm of comprehension. That home would be an absolute dream to grow up in, and it's truly one of the gems of Green Ridge. I'm sorry if this is my "inner feminista" coming out, but the attention to detail that your ancestors poured into this home is second-to-none. This is the exact reason why I'm moving to the city!
