Approved builders for Blueberry Hill Estates? (Hanover, Pittston: for sale, loans, home builders)

I'm interested in possibly building in Blueberry Hill Estates and I know that hanover homes is one of the approved builders. I'm interested in finding out who are the other approved builders and any opinions on their reliability and quality of work.

I often see the "Healey Development Co., Inc." listed in the property transfers in the local newspapers for Blueberry Hill Estates, but I don't know if that's the name of the developer or one of the approved home builders. I live within a stone's throw of this subdivision, so feel free to let me know if you have any other questions about the Greater Pittston community. Blueberry Hill has grown by leaps and bounds over the years, and I think a new gated townhome community is planned for land adjacent to the subdivision and Comcast. My business partner and I drive through Blueberry constantly. We have been doing so for the past couple of years. My wife's cousin recently built a new house there as well. I've done a few construction and purchase loans for people who have moved there over the years.

Healey, Hanover and Joe Thomas are the three builders that I have seen in that development. Healey is the one who built my wife's cousin's house. I know that he is satisfied overall with the home. Although, they did take him for a bit of a ride on the cost of some upgrades such as his front door and garage doors.

I believe that there is another builder putting homes up in there right now. The most recent phase has several homes for sale that are already built, and there are signs advertising the house & lot packages. If you are able to, drive through the most recent phase. You'll see the signs all over the place.
