That kinda was the point.........to what areas are selling for.
Just to gauge what is what out there. It is helpful for some people in listing their home, and in selling their home. It is also helpful in knowing where to head...........
For those of us who want something south also.........hey where are those condos anyhow????  |

the average here is $171,143. thats from last months sales, not listing prices.

phoenix metro was hit very hard from the housing crash. It eas estimated that 1 in 4 houses purchased in the last 5 years went into foreclosure. Thigs are picking up though. In my city of 30,000 people there were 104 permits for new homes granted last month, and 100 homes sold. i close on one 4/30 and can't wait |
