the average here is $171,143. thats from last months sales, not listing prices.

phoenix metro was hit very hard from the housing crash. It eas estimated that 1 in 4 houses purchased in the last 5 years went into foreclosure. Thigs are picking up though. In my city of 30,000 people there were 104 permits for new homes granted last month, and 100 homes sold. i close on one 4/30 and can't wait
