How about June 21st? That's after graduations and Father's Day but before the July 4th stuff.

After we get a head count, a couple of us could get burgers/hot dogs/rolls/paper products, etc. We will need to decide about beverages.

Everyone brings a covered dish.

Individuals would be responsible for any personal needs or desires.

On the day of the 'Meet Your NEPA Neighbors Fest' we could have a cash jar available. Everyone would kick in a few bucks to defray the cost of provided supplies based on how many are in your family. Any left over funds (if any) could be used for the next gathering. We would just make a rough guess and when the vittles are gone, they're gone. Or we can just figure out how much it will cost per person and set a price. Doing it that way, we'd need to limit attendance to those folks who sign up in advance.

Hey, JCannon...I'm not in a position to make the rules, but I'm sure all folks are welcome!

The 21st of june sounds good but I would think a poll or more suggestions for a date should be taken.

Yes. I'm preparing to head out for work, but I'll conduct a poll later. June 21st sounds fine to me too though.

Hey I just saw that on June 21st, Tunkhannock is having it's Founder's Day. I don't know if that's a good place to get-together?
