I'm in a 3200 sq ft house...electric is about $100/month. Cable w/4 boxes $90/mo. I have oil heat/propane stove & dryer. Can't predict those with the crazy costs right now.

Good luck!

What part of NE PA are you looking at?

pocopc is on a distinguished road
Really depends on if you use electric heat, stove, dryer, water heater, etc. For example i have 1200 sq feet, durning the winter my bill is $300-$400 per month. Durning the summer it is $120-$150 per month. I have everything electric, no gas or propane. I also live on top of the mountain in the poconos which is consistantly 3-6 degrees colder then off the mountain.

My electric bill in the winter is aprox. $150 a month but can be higher if I put on the electric heat. My home is very well insulated and is about 2500 sq. ft. In the summer it's only about $85.00 a month. We do have a coal stove and that cost is about $800 for the whole winter. I use propane for my cooking and dryer and that is about $70 every three or more months. Hope this helps.
