Default Museum in Wilkes-Barre, behind Library?

I was just wondering if that Museum is still behind the Osterhaute (spelling?)Library? I remember it from when I went to high school at Coughlin. After school (or sometimes instead of ) we would go to the Library, then the Museum, and then sometimes would walk over the bridge into Kingston to go to Kirby Park. I'd like to take my kids for a day like that this summer, and I just wanted to know if the museum is still there.

I can check for you but I know the library is still there and the whole area looks like it hasn't been touched so it should be.

It's still there...the Wyoming Valley Historical Society.......very interesting place in a very historic building....a little too discreet, I guess. Maybe the Society would be a great occupying candidate for the old First National Bank building on the square (much better exposure and potential).....and the Osterhout library could expand into the present historical society building.....
